Alina works in the Wills and Estates Team at Davis Lawyers.
She assists clients in a broad range of matters including:
- Estate Planning;
- The preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Making documents;
- VCAT applications for the appointment of a guardian and/or administrator;
- Estate administration including applications for Probate and Letters of Administration;
- Applications involving informal Wills;
- Estate disputes including claims for further provision from an estate, revocation proceedings and caveat proceedings; and
- Financial elder abuse matters.
Alina has experience in working with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds and walks of life.
She prides herself in helping clients navigate legal issues whilst dealing with complex family dynamics and the death of a loved one.
